About these terms
These terms cover your use of Scrutinizr: Diagnosis (website investigations, the Pulse website tag, funnel analysis, customer surveys, interviews and tests, and the 30-day diagnostic) and Expert Reviews through the expert network. The public pages are a preview draft until the operator’s details and final policies are confirmed. A separately signed agreement or order form takes priority where it covers the same matter.
The operator’s contact email has not yet been supplied for this preview.
The service is for adults using it for professional or business purposes. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. These terms do not remove rights you have by law.
What the service provides
Scrutinizr helps you find where and why people drop off, collect feedback, run tests, have independent experts review your work, and measure whether changes helped. The 30-day Diagnostic and the monthly improvement programme are scoped and priced in a quote or order form that sets out what is delivered.
Demo records are fictional. Integrations work only once you connect and configure them. No guaranteed availability, support response time or service level is included in the preview.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your account secure and your information accurate. Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, try to access other customers’ records, or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse, protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Your data, visitors and respondents
You keep your rights in the data and material you supply, and you must be entitled to use it. You authorise the processing needed to provide the features you choose.
If you add the Pulse tag to a website or send a survey, you are responsible for telling those people about it, getting consent where required, and not collecting special-category information without a lawful basis. Business processing of personal information requires an agreed data-processing arrangement. The Privacy Policy explains what Pulse and surveys record.
The expert network
Experts are independent professionals, not employees or agents of the operator or of the businesses they review for. An expert review is an independent opinion, not a certification, audit or regulated professional advice. Businesses decide whether to accept each applicant after seeing their profile.
Paid places. When a business accepts an expert for a paid place, it pays the stated fee plus the platform fee through Stripe. The money is held until the business reviews the completed work. Approving it pays the fee to the expert. Rejecting it requires a reason, which the expert sees, and refunds the business in full. If the expert withdraws before starting, the business is refunded in full. Businesses must judge completed reviews in good faith against the brief they published.
Experts receive payments through Stripe Connect and must accept Stripe’s terms. Experts are responsible for their own taxes. A payment approved before an expert finishes payout setup is sent as soon as their account can receive it.
Results, measurements and AI output
Findings, diagnoses and measured results describe the data and responses collected. A change in a metric after a fix does not by itself prove the fix caused it, and the service does not guarantee any improvement in conversion, sales or retention.
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. They are proposals for you to review, not professional advice. You decide what to change on your website or product.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Paid plans use the price, interval, allowances and taxes shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in the billing portal. Custom tests and expert places are charged as shown before you pay. The 30-day Diagnostic and monthly programme are billed as set out in their quote.
Demo checkout is simulated and does not charge you. Cancellation, refund and trial rules must be clearly provided before a commercial purchase, and nothing here removes refund or cancellation rights you have by law.
Ending use and keeping copies
You can stop using the service at any time. Keep copies of the reports and records you need. Removing a website removes its Pulse events. For a live account, contact the operator about closure and data removal; cancelling a subscription does not by itself erase stored records.
Limits and mandatory rights
The preview is provided for evaluation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Any commercial liability cap, governing law and dispute process should be set out in the final agreement with the identified operator; none is invented for this preview.
Changes and contact
The product and these draft terms may change as the service develops. Material changes to a live agreement should be communicated before they take effect.
For service questions, billing issues or commercial use, contact the operator:
